Or connect to the internet just while installing the product and activate online - probably a good idea anyway because I would think you'd want to get any of the latest available updates to Office 2019. If you purchased the 'stand alone' version of Office 2019 (and not Office 365 subscription based product) then you should be able to install offline and activate via phone if needed. Open the start menu and go to 'All Programs Microsoft Office Microsoft Office 2007 Tools Activate Product.' The Activation Wizard will appear.
